DAPAUL Company limited was founded by Mr. Paul Amaning in august 2012 and officially incorporated under the company’s act of the republic of Ghana in 2015. Formally DAPAUL Ventures, it was later limited by liability hence its present name. Dapaul Company Limited is located at Oyarifa – Kaybee Junction with GPS Address – GM-125-0948. DAPAUL Company limited was primarily set up as a real estate company with assets spanning over 4 million cedis. It has sold over 1000 plots of serviced lands at Shai Osudoku and currently ongoing development named the new airport city. The New Airport City is a latest initiative and currently been built to style and perfection at Shai Osudoku, 50km from the yet to be built new airport at Prampram. The new airport city currently employs over 300 workers both directly and indirectly. Currently, works on 2-3 bedroom are been completed. These complexes are built with middle income earners in mind In June 2016, the board of directors of DAPAUL Company Limited resolved at its second quarter annual meeting to embark on a full-scale diversification agenda to invest in other productive sectors of the Ghanaian economy. Per this decision, DAPAUL Company limited took on a bold agenda to diversify into mining logistics, financial consultancy, government contract brokerage, and business research and agro development. In September, 2018, DAPAUL Company limited saw a major leap forward, as it served as a principal broker for the Artisanal Palm Oil Millers & Outgrowers Association Ghana in its acquisition of a supply contract with the National Food & Buffer Stock Company. The contract saw Artisanal Palm Oil Millers & Outgrowewrs Association Ghana supplying edible palm oil to all senior high schools across the country. DAPAUL Company Limited’s role in the acquisition of this contract spans across, lobbying on behalf of Artisanal, book keeping of their finances and general transaction advisers. DAPAUL Company Limited benefited enormously from this assistance and has further been awarded contract from the National Food Buffer Stock Company Ltd to supply local rice to SHS in the Ashanti Region. DAPAUL Company Ltd has also been awarded numerous contracts from government agencies. The future is brighter with DAPAUL Company limited as it pursues a much aggressive business approach into other sectors such as construction, startups financing among others.
